Yet, in a recent clinical trial led by Peking University and published in the prestigious journal Advanced Science, researchers discovered that healthy older adults (aged 60–70) reversed 3.08 years of biological age after just 19 weeks of nucleotide supplementation.


The Most Powerful Longevity Compound Might Be the Most Basic

Nucleotides are anything but exotic. They’re the building blocks of DNA and RNA—essential to every form of life and involved in everything from cell repair to metabolism.

So why would something so fundamental have anti-aging potential?

Not a Miracle Cure, But a Promising Start

Not every marker showed improvement:

  • Telomere length (another aging clock) didn’t significantly change.

  • Immune markers like T-cell profiles and inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6) showed no meaningful shifts.

  • Cognitive, sleep, and mood scores remained mostly unchanged—except for slightly improved fatigue.

Why? Likely because:

  • 19 weeks may be too short for some effects.

  • Telomeres respond more slowly and are influenced by many variables.

  • The study occurred during COVID, impacting 76% of participants and possibly accelerating aging indicators.

Still, despite the external stress, the nucleotide group reversed aging markers and showed solid metabolic and muscular gains—all with excellent safety.


How to Supplement Nucleotides?

Nucleotides are naturally found in:
